This device achieves effective separation of different magnetic components in minerals through the collaborative work of three independent magnetic rollers, greatly improving mineral processing efficiency and product quality.

Equipment structure and working principle

Three roll dry high-intensity magnetic separatorIt mainly includes a feeding device, three magnetic rollers (each equipped with high-performance permanent magnets), a conveyor belt, a product receiver, and a frame. When working, other mineral raw materials to be selected are first evenly distributed on the first stage magnetic roller through the feeding device. Due to the magnetic field effect of the magnetic roller, particles with strong magnetism are adsorbed on its surface, while non-magnetic or weakly magnetic particles slide down under the action of gravity and airflow. Next, the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the magnetic roller are peeled off by a mechanical scraper after rotating to a specific position, and enter the next magnetic separation stage or collected directly. The unadsorbed material falls onto the second stage magnetic roller for secondary magnetic separation, which will be repeated at the third magnetic roller until all magnetic substances are fully separated.
