ZHP-DJ600 three-layer constant temperature shaker is an intelligent experimental equipment that integrates constant temperature cultivation and oscillation functions. Its design takes into account both operational convenience and functional diversity, with UV sterilization and lighting systems for easy experimental observation and internal disinfection. The studio adopts high-quality stainless steel mirror panels for easy cleaning; The door opening method is a flip up and down style, paired with a pull-out tray, making it easier to load and unload the shaking bottle. The three-layer stacked structure design effectively saves laboratory space, and each layer can independently set temperature and speed to meet diverse experimental needs. Hollow tempered glass doors are convenient for real-time observation, and there are ￠ 30mm test holes on the side for easy access to test probes and gas replenishment. The bottom of the inner liner is equipped with a waterproof baffle, which can effectively prevent liquid from seeping into the lower motor area, improving equipment safety and service life.

4、 Precautions for use and maintenance
1. Do not use this device in direct sunlight environment;
2. If there are children in the usage environment, it is necessary to strengthen supervision;
3. Wires or electrical equipment failures should be repaired by professionals;
4. Please unplug the power plug before replacing the fuse;
5. It is strictly prohibited to put hands into the motion gap during equipment operation;
6. Proper use and regular maintenance can effectively extend the lifespan of equipment;
7. The rated parameters of the power socket must not be lower than the equipment requirements and ensure good grounding;
8. The bearings of the transmission components need to be filled with lubricating grease every six months, with a filling amount of about 1/3 of the bearing space;
9. It is recommended to conduct regular inspections every three months, including cleaning fuses, fastening screws, and electrical components;
10. When using the cooling function, it is recommended that the ambient temperature be below 32 ℃; When the temperature is above 25 ℃, the number of door openings should be minimized as much as possible;
11. Heating objects must be cooled to room temperature before they can be placed. It is forbidden to directly place hot objects in the refrigeration chamber to prevent accidents.
