XPM - Φ 120 × 3 three head grinder is a dry grinding equipment for analyzing samples. It is mainly used for laboratory grinding and analysis of samples in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, coal, hydropower, commodity inspection, geology and other departments. It can also be used for grinding small amounts of materials in relevant fields.

1. When lifting the grinding head, it must be placed firmly. When lowering the grinding head and resetting the mortar, it must be handled gently, otherwise it will damage the mortar (Figure 4:03-7C) and the grinding rod (Figure 3:01-6C).

2. After completing the work, the grinding head must be lowered, the three friction clutches must be disconnected, and the motor switch must be checked to ensure it is closed. The machine should be covered with a hood.

3. The rolling bearings on the motor and grinder should be maintained and cleaned with oil changes every one to two years.

4. If the grinding head is found to be operating abnormally or not rotating, adjust the 02-9 adjustment screw in the diagram.

5. The rotation direction of the grinding rod and mortar is clockwise. If the direction is opposite, it will cause the grinding head assembly to separate and be damaged.
