When driving, if the paint film in the middle of the drum is thin and thick at both ends, it may cause the drum to protrude, and the cooling water volume needs to be increased. Conversely, if the paint film on both ends of the drum is thin and thick in the middle, the cooling water volume needs to be reduced.
Other precautions for three roll grinding machine
1. It is strictly prohibited to enter foreign objects (such as metal blocks) between the two rollers. If foreign objects accidentally enter, emergency stop and remove them, otherwise the roller surface or other parts may be crushed and damaged.
2. Attention should be paid to adjusting the front and rear rollers at all times. Due to the expansion of the roller's line, if not careful, it can easily swell and even cause accidents when the motor is stopped during operation.
3. The copper stopper plate (stopper tip) should not be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil (which can dissolve in paint slurry) should be added at any time, otherwise it will wear out quickly.
4. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearings at both ends of the roller, generally not exceeding 100.
