In terms of technical principles, by controlling the input amount of O2 or N2, zirconia (ZrO2) sensors are used to achieve control of O2 content and control the three gases of O2, N2, and CO2. The specially designed gas path control greatly shortens the recovery time of O2 concentration in the inner cavity after opening the door, making it very suitable for the cultivation of special cells or microorganisms under high/low oxygen conditions.
In terms of operation, there is usually an intuitive control panel where users can easily set parameters such as temperature, humidity, and gas flow rate. The equipment is equipped with intake and exhaust valves inside, which can adjust the gas flow rate to ensure the appropriate gas concentration enters the incubator. At the same time, the incubator is also equipped with various protection functions, such as electronic valve protection, digital protection of water temperature and room temperature, etc., to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
In terms of specific parameters, the temperature control range is usually room temperature+3 ℃~45 ℃, and the constant temperature control accuracy can reach ± 0.2 ℃. In addition, the equipment also has the function of controlling the concentration of O2 and CO2. The control range of O2 concentration is usually 1% -50%, and the control range of CO2 concentration is 0% -20%, with high control accuracy.

c) The box is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps, which can effectively prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.
d) The pneumatic device can accurately adjust the flow rate and input various required gases at will.
e) The air circuit switch adopts a locking switch to control the solenoid valve, and the operation is flexible.
f) The front window of the operating room is made of thick transparent special glass, which allows for clear and direct observation of indoor operations. Plastic gloves are used for reliable, comfortable, flexible, and convenient use.
g) There is a deoxygenation catalyst installed indoors, which can remove residual oxygen in the cultivation operation room.
h) The incubator has an over temperature alarm function. When the temperature inside the incubator exceeds the alarm set value, it can automatically cut off the heating circuit and emit a light alarm signal.
