Product Introduction

JH-60 is a non-destructive testing equipment with the core function of quantitatively measuring residual stresses inside ferromagnetic materials. It can obtain information on the magnitude and direction of stress without damaging the workpiece through specific sensors and data analysis techniques, providing a basis for process optimization and quality evaluation.

Core Features

The system is designed to balance the accuracy of measurement with the convenience of on-site operation, and its main features include:

Non destructive testing and operational convenience:Can perform non-destructive testing on residual stresses within a certain depth of the material. The operation process is simple. Simply measure the probe in an array form in the area to be measured, and the stress distribution curve and specific values of the area can be obtained.

Measurement accuracy:The sensor is equipped with an adsorption base and a indexing mechanism, which can effectively fix the position of the probe, reduce human errors caused by handheld or inaccurate positioning, and ensure the accuracy of residual stress measurement results.

On site testing adaptability:Optimized for industrial site environment. The system eliminates the traditional angle measurement program, and the measurement and sampling are controlled offline through a data collector, making on-site testing simpler and more convenient.

Software control and data output:It can be connected to a laptop through an RS232 interface to achieve online software control measurement. The device is also equipped with a micro printer, which facilitates the immediate printing of a detection report containing all data and curves as a basis for inspection after on-site testing is completed.

Scope of application

JH-60Three dimensional stress magnetic measurement systemSuitable for multiple scenarios that require knowledge of residual stress states:

Non destructive measurement of residual stress in ferromagnetic materials:This is its core application for quantitatively measuring residual stresses inside workpieces.

Production process control and process optimization: Suitable for stress testing of parts on the production line, optimizing processing techniques such as heat treatment, welding, and cutting based on the test results to improve product quality and stability.

Teaching and Research:As a professional non-destructive measuring instrument, it is also commonly used in universities and research institutions for experimental research in related fields such as materials science and mechanical properties.
