3. When filtering wort, reliable gravity filtration will not cause the wheat residue layer to become compacted or the filter screen to deform. It can also be filtered using a variable frequency pump (if filtering, you need to explain to the equipment manufacturer).

4. Due to the separate rotary sedimentation tank, a vertical cylindrical design is adopted.After the wort is boiled, it enters the rotary sedimentation tank in a tangential direction through a pump, which can effectively settle the rotary heat solidified material and hop residue.

Its disadvantages are:

1. The height of the equipment has requirements for the height of the site.
