LJC - (150000 volts) is mainly used for measuring the power frequency breakdown voltage test of solid insulation materials, such as insulation paper and cardboard, laminated board, insulation tube, plastic, film, rubber, insulation paint and other single materials, as well as conducting breakdown voltage and withstand voltage tests using liquid or gas as impregnating agents.
2、 Voltage breakdown device
I. Basic Parameters
1. Input voltage: AC380V/AC220V
2. Output voltage: AC 0-150 kV DC 0-150 kV
3. Boosting method: continuous boosting, gradual boosting, withstand voltage
4. The test transformer requires independent oil immersion, with a measuring coil and a capacity of 20KVA. It is used for high-voltage measurement with a voltage transformer to directly measure the electrode voltage. The measuring coil end and the measuring end of the transformer should be unified, and the voltmeter can be connected arbitrarily
5. High voltage classification: 0-150kV 0-20kV

II. Control parameters
1. Voltage breakdown device 20, 150KV transformer capacity and measurement are independent systems
2. Control mode: Both 20KV and 150KV breakdown devices have computer control and manual control consoles (two independent systems that can be switched between each other, among which the measuring voltmeter of the manual console should have the function of retaining the maximum test voltage reading)
3. Computer control
3.1. During the experiment, the experimental curve can be dynamically drawn, and the experimental curve can be overlaid with multiple colors for comparison
3.2. Can edit and modify experimental data, flexible and applicable
3.3. The experimental conditions and test results can be stored as data

3.7. The software should include:
Test method: The selection of "breakdown", "withstand voltage", "gradient withstand voltage" or test method can be carried out
Peak voltage drop: used to determine whether a material has broken down. An instantaneous drop in voltage exceeding this value is considered breakdown
Stop current judgment: used to determine the current at breakdown, exceeding this current is considered breakdown
Initial voltage: used for withstand voltage and gradient withstand voltage tests, where the voltage is raised at the beginning of the test
Step by step voltage: used for gradient withstand voltage test, setting the gradient value of the boost voltage
Step by step time: used for gradient withstand voltage test, set at the corresponding gradient withstand voltage time
4. Manual control (without using a computer)
4.1. The panel has selectable options for "breakdown", "withstand voltage", and "gradient withstand voltage"
4.2. Emergency button and pressure indicator light
4.3. The test voltage is digital display type
4.4. There is a time control table for pressure resistance
4.5 The control mode is manual button to apply voltage or stop

IV. Safety Protection
1. Overcurrent protection: Low voltage side overcurrent protection, protecting the safe operation of high-voltage transformers, high-voltage side overcurrent protection, protecting electrode surfaces from spark corrosion, exceeding preset leakage current, and cutting off high-voltage output
2. High voltage power-off protection: Automatically cut off high voltage output beyond the range, manually shut down high voltage output during the experiment, and cut off high voltage output if the voltage drop exceeds the preset value
3. Output zero protection: Before the experiment starts, if the high-voltage output is not at zero position, a prompt will be given. If the high-voltage output is not at zero position, it will be forced back to zero
4. Short circuit protection: High voltage output short circuit, automatic cut-off of output, low voltage input short circuit, automatic power-off
5. Software protection: When the high voltage preparation switch is pressed, the high voltage indicator light will light up and the voltage regulator will reset (high voltage output will be zero)
6. Leakage protection: independent grounding protection, leakage protection switch
7. The control panel is isolated from other components by a safety fence and has a chain safety door
8. The control panel has a safety warning bell button and an interlocking device with the boost button
9. The test bench and high-voltage equipment components have shielding mesh isolation
