Thermocouple welding machineIntroduction:
1. POWER button: power start switch When the switch is turned on, the POWER button has two situations: the light is on and the light is not on. When the light is on, it indicates that it is connected to an external power source () for power supply, and when the light is not on, it indicates that it is powered by an internal rechargeable battery.
2. AUTO/MAN key: argon gas control mode switch. AUTO is the automatic argon gas supply mode; MAN is a manual control operation mode. In MAN mode, the supply and shutdown of argon gas can be remotely controlled through the REMOTE key to save resources. It is recommended to set it in MAN mode for general use.
3. DISCH button: Manually adjust the welding heat button. When the heat needs to be switched from high to low, press this button first to release excess heat until the WAIT light is on (the HEAT screen value will also change in real time). Please be careful when using this button. Do not press the DISCH button when the WAIT light is on. Long press may cause damage to internal components or power supply.
4Thermocouple welding machineWelding electrode: This electrode and argon protection cover are customized by our company based on the argon protection device required for welding high-quality thermocouples and the convenience of operation. It is more convenient to replace accessories and consumables when used conveniently. When the READY light is on, the welding clamp connected to the OUT key clamps the thermocouple wire to be welded towards the electrode. To prevent eye injury during welding, please wear protective goggles.
5. HEAT screen: Real time display of heat values, allowing for more accurate positioning of the heat required for welding thermocouples of different wire diameters by viewing the screen values, avoiding the inconvenience of traditional operations; At the same time, when adjusting the LEVEL knob, it is more intuitive and clear to know the actual degree of heat reached, avoiding the inconvenience caused by the quality problems of the LEVEL knob in traditional machines.
6. READY indicator light: When this indicator light is on, it indicates that the welding state can be entered and the welding operation is effective.
7. WAIT indicator light: When this indicator light is on, it indicates that heat energy is being charged or discharged, indicating a non welding state.
8. BAT indicator light: When this indicator light is on, it indicates that the power supply is insufficient. Please charge or connect to an external power source.
9. LEVEL knob: a heat control knob that adjusts the LEVEL knob to the appropriate position to obtain the required heat energy due to different thermocouple wire diameters during welding. At the same time, operate the DISCH button and watch the HEAT screen display value to match precise positioning.
10. OUT output port: Welding power output port, connected to the thermocouple wire clamped by the welding pliers to touch the welding electrode for welding operation.
11. REMOTE port: foot switch connection port, used in conjunction with AUTO/MAN argon gas control mode switch set to MAN state, for manual switch control of argon gas output.
12. AIR PRESSURE knob: Adjust the size of the electrode protection argon gas output. At the same time, when operating the REMOTE foot switch, adjusting this knob to the appropriate position can effectively suppress the impulse of the instantaneous pressure of the argon gas output.
13. AIR IN input port: argon gas input port.
14. INPUT socket port: external power input port, input voltage is AC90-265V/50-60HZ.
