Quality assurance service

The whole machine is covered by a one-year warranty (calculated from the date of installation and commissioning).

During the warranty period, we provide free services to customers. Outside the warranty period, we provide customers with paid testing and maintenance services according to the company's unified charging standards.

Service hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00.

Customer complaint handling: Resolve or provide a clear solution within 1 working day.

Warranty certificate:

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period specified in the three guarantees, the user must handle the warranty business with the purchase invoice and product warranty certificate, and the product number must be consistent with the product number on the warranty certificate. If there is no invoice, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product number.

Situations that do not fall under the obligation of free warranty:
