Thermo Fisher Multiskan FC inherits 30 years of experience in enzyme immunoassay manufacturing and is the latest product of the Multiskan family. The large screen color LCD display, built-in * functional software, optical path design, and reliable instrument performance make FC the leader in filter based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Product Features

Optical path system ensures accurate results are obtained. The detection wavelength range is from 340 nm to 850 nm, suitable for various scientific research and clinical applications. Suitable plate types include 96 and 384 well plates to meet different flux requirements.

Stable and reliable performance is derived from the system's built-in self diagnostic program. During the start-up phase of the instrument, the built-in self diagnostic program comprehensively tests various performance aspects such as the position of the microplate and the stability of the optical path components (light source, filter).

The large screen color LCD display and operation keyboard are easy to use. Three commonly used shortcut keys can be used to store three commonly used programs. Data and programs can be stored in the instrument or stored on a USB drive through the instrument's built-in USB interface.

The internal software with functions * has multiple interface languages to choose from, including Chinese. The functions include: setting the layout of microplates (including blanks, standard samples, test samples, quality control samples, etc.), displaying test results, and performing data processing (including dynamic analysis, data preprocessing, curve fitting, data classification, quality control, etc.). In addition, FC can also use the SkanIt software with feature * for instrument control and data result processing.

FC comes with an oscillator as standard and an optional incubator, with a maximum temperature of 50 degrees, which can meet the experimental requirements for strict temperature detection.
