Overview

The HCT18/GW high/low temperature/high temperature pyroelectric/thermal excitation current testing system is a temperature control range of -160 ℃~500 ℃/800 ℃/1000 ℃, with a control speed of 50 ℃/min and customizable temperature range. The system can achieve linear temperature control and rapid temperature rise and fall functions, especially suitable for pyroelectric/thermal excitation current measurement of materials such as semiconductors, ceramics, and thin films (organic and inorganic thin films) (resistance range:>10pA, voltage~1000V). The system is compatible with high resistance meters/electrostatic meters/ammeters from domestic and foreign brands. Can achieve atmosphere/vacuum measurement

Product Details

The HCT18/GW high/low temperature/high temperature pyroelectric/thermal excitation current testing system is a temperature control range of -160 ℃~500 ℃/800 ℃/1000 ℃, with a control speed of 50 ℃/min and customizable temperature range. The system can achieve linear temperature control and rapid temperature rise and fall functions, especially suitable for pyroelectric/thermally excited current measurement of materials such as semiconductors, ceramics, and thin films (organic and inorganic thin films) (resistance range:>1pA, voltage~1000V). The system is compatible with high resistance meters/electrostatic meters/ammeters from domestic and foreign brands. It can achieve atmosphere/vacuum measurement, etc. The temperature/special atmosphere range can be customized according to customer requirements. The product has helped customers in Adv. Mater , Nano Energy, Chem. Eng. J、J. Mater. Chem. A、J. Mater. Chem. C, J. Materiomics Waiting for excellent research results to be published in domestic and foreign journals.
