Overview

Introduce the polluted gas into the point thermal catalytic oxidation equipment, and the pollutant particles in the polluted gas are first absorbed and settled in the pretreatment unit; The pre treated polluted gas enters the microwave synergistic unit, where it directly absorbs ultraviolet radiation energy and breaks bonds, while water vapor absorbs ultraviolet radiation energy and generates free radicals to oxidize the polluted gas; Entering the reactive oxygen species generation unit through the microwave synergistic unit, the strong oxidation ability of oxygen radicals has a certain oxidative decomposition effect on pollutant gas molecules; After passing through the reactive oxygen species generation unit, it enters the ambient temperature catalytic unit, which is equipped with a self-developed pollutant gas decomposition catalyst. Active species reactive oxygen species are generated at the active sites of the catalyst, and pollutant gas molecules are adsorbed by the catalyst. Under the synergistic catalysis of electromagnetic fields and oxygen free radicals, CO2 and H2O are completely decomposed; The clean gas after multi unit purification treatment is led out by the exhaust fan.
