It uses the continuously circulating oil temperature of the heat transfer oil furnace to generate steam, replacing steam boilers.

For example, if a heat equipment is used as a shaping machine, and the shaping machine requires a temperature of 230 degrees, then the inlet oil temperature of the steam generator can be raised to 237 degrees, and the return oil can enter the shaping machine at 230 degrees, and then return to the heat transfer oil boiler. It can also be set according to the needs of the equipment. If the temperature required by the shaping machine is high, the heat transfer oil is first returned to the steam generator by the shaping machine. The shaping machine requires a low temperature, and the heat transfer oil is advanced to the steam generator. The return oil enters the shaping machine and then returns to the oil boiler for heating. This design can save 30% of coal consumption.
There is no waste in the conversion of heat transfer oil boilers under closed conditions, and the cost can be recovered in 3-4 months.
