The FGM210 gas mass flowmeter series products are developed using a flow sensor chip, combined with a 32-bit high-speed digital processing circuit, high-precision algorithm, and injection molded bypass flow channel and body design. They are a large range, highly reliable sensor microsystem module with advantages such as low power consumption (typical 80mW), large range 10-300SLM, and fast response (typical 5ms). High performance flow sensor chips and core calibration algorithm technology, combined with various flow channel designs, have reliable long-term stability and can be applied in various industrial, medical and other places.
