use
APreparation before use
Connect nitrogen gas to the instrument before use to ensure that there is no air leakage at the joint;
Connect the "exhaust port" interface of the instrument to the washing bottle;
Connect the stainless steel capillary tube of the instrument to the chromatographic injection port;
Insert the power cord into the power slot;
Connect nitrogen through a three-way valve to the "back blowing carrier gas" and the carrier gas inlet of the chromatography, and connect the carrier gas at the chromatography injection port to the "chromatography carrier gas" interface.
Set time and temperature
Enter the 'Settings' stateWhen the instrument is in the "idle" state, press the "settings" button once to enter the "settings" state,EDisplay 'Settings' in the area;
Exit 'Settings Status'”When the instrument is in the "Settings" state, press the "Settings" button once to exit the "Settings" state,EThe area displays' idle ';
Modify time and temperatureWhen the instrument is in the "settings" state, three times and two temperatures can be modified. Press the right shift key to move the highlighted bar to the desired modification column, and then press "run" once/Press the "OK" button to enter the modification of the column. At this time, the leftmost position of the column will be highlighted. Press the "Add" button to change the size of that position. Press the "Right" button to move the highlighted position to the right. After the column modification is completed, press the "Run" button again/Press the "OK" button to exit the modification of this column.
Automatic desorption

Single step desorption process
The instrument provides three process functions for single step desorption. ifCThe area is displayed as "Auto". Press the "Step" button once,CSwitch the area display to 'Manual'. After reaching the set time, the instrument beeps to remind the user until the user presses the "cancel" button, and the instrument returns to idle state.
CDaily use
Turn on the power switch, check if the time and temperature settings are appropriate, and then wait for the instrument to heat up to the preset value.
Connect the adsorption tube and place it on the bracket in front of the heating box. After the temperature reaches the set value, start the desorption process according to the user's own needs, as shown in the following figure. The reference time for each stage is: desorption5-10Minutes, injection30Second, blow back10-20minute. The desorption process of the standard sample is only to inject the standard sample from the three-way injection port on the right during the "blowing" stage, and the rest is the same.
After desorption is complete, place the adsorption tube on the front bracket of the heating box to cool down before removing it, and then install the next sample adsorption tube.
Due to the temperature control system of this desorption instrument, it can independently activate the sample adsorption tube.
