ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to a diaphragm valve that combines an electromagnetic valve, a pilot valve, and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electrical signal.
The function of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve:
It is to control the magnitude of oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure shock during gear shifting and lock unlocking, so as to keep the equipment running smoothly. [2]
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
a) ASCO right angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet and outlet form a right angle and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) ASCO straight through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with a valve body inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees, directly controlled by electrical signals;
c) ASCO submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with the valve body inlet submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
In addition to the conventional three types of solenoid valves, there is also a large-diameter ultra-low pressure ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection.
Technical requirements for ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve:
1. The working pressure of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve products is 0.1MPa to 0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has undergone oil and water removal treatment.
2. When the operating voltage of the ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the nominal gas source pressure state of the product, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03s.
3. When the working gas source pressure of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
4. ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve products should be able to withstand a gas source pressure of 0.8 MPa.
5. Under specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the casing of the ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve should be greater than 1M Ω.
6. The ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V on the outer shell for 1 minute without breakdown under the conditions of room temperature of 5 ° C to 35 ° C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to operate normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm, and a duration of 30 minutes.
8. Under normal operating conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve should be greater than 800000 times.
9. The surface of the valve has no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs or other damages.
10. ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection uses a large-diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve with a supply pressure of less than 0.1Mpa. It uses compressed air and is not affected by the simultaneous use of gas in the pipeline network, ensuring stable and reliable operation. (0.05~0.1Mpa)
Performance inspection of ASCO pulse dust removal valve:
1. ASCO pulse dust removal valve opening voltage test
Connect clean air with a nominal pressure to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input an electrical signal with a width of 0.03s and a nominal voltage of 85% to the electromagnetic valve, and check if the electromagnetic pulse valve opens normally.
2. ASCO pulse dust removal valve closing pressure test
Connect clean air with a pressure of 0.1MPa to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input an electrical signal to close the valve, and check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is reliably closed.
3. ASCO pulse dust removal valve pressure resistance performance test
Connect clean air with a pressure of 0.8MPa to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve for 60 minutes, and check the leakage of air from various sealing parts on the electromagnetic pulse valve.
4. ASCO pulse dust removal valve insulation resistance test
(1) Using a 500V megohmmeter with a range of 0M Ω to 500M Ω and an accuracy of level 1, measure the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the casing under specified environmental conditions.
(2) Place the valve in a temperature and humidity control box, set the temperature to 35 degrees and the relative humidity to 85%. Apply a 50Hz, 250V sine AC voltage between the electromagnetic coil and the valve body for 1 minute, and check for any breakdown phenomenon.
5. ASCO pulse dust removal valve anti vibration test
Fix the valve on the vibration test bench and withstand a vibration frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm, and a duration of 30 minutes. Check whether the fasteners of each part of the valve are loose and whether they are working properly.
6. ASCO Pulse Dust Removal Valve Diaphragm Service Life Test
Connect clean air of nominal pressure to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input a nominal voltage value with a width of 0.1s and an interval of 3s on the electromagnetic valve, and record the continuous or cumulative operating times of the valve.
