Product Overview

The DeTech UXR0254B Infiniium UXR series real-time oscilloscope provides 25 GHz bandwidth and 4 channels. Its bandwidth can be upgraded to 110 GHz, and all channels support a sampling rate of 128 GSa/s. It is equipped with a 10 bit high-resolution ADC and has industry-leading low noise and high ENOB characteristics, making it suitable for high-precision signal integrity testing.
