Parker TDA series proportional throttle valve
The Parker TDA series proportional throttle valve consists of three stages. The valve cone is pilot controlled by the servo spool of the seat valve structure. Proportional solenoid valve with force feedback adjusts the position of the servo spool. Therefore, the position of the valve cone will not be affected by the pressure difference. The pressure difference can reach the maximum working pressure. The control oil flow rate of the pilot control is approximately 1 l/min. The minimum pressure for work is 3 bar. The control pressure must be greater than 25% of the system pressure at port A. The accuracy of flow regulation is 0.5%. Due to the asymptotic nature of the flow characteristic curve, the adjustment accuracy is improved to 0.25% in the asymptotic region when the flow is small. The adjustment time for the entire stroke is approximately 25ms. When the oil flows from B to A, there should be no leakage from B to A in the closed initial position. At this initial position, pilot control does not require control oil. The pressure at the return port T cannot exceed 100 bar.

Parker throttle valve is a normally open component that allows oil to flow freely through the control channel below the set value. When the pressure in the downstream channel rises to the pre regulated pressure, the valve core moves in the direction of closure to reduce the flow from the main system, and the buffer plunger will adjust itself to maintain the predetermined branch system pressure. When the pressure in the branch system increases due to external forces, the buffer plunger will overcome the spring force and move, causing a large amount of oil to flow back to the tank, preventing the pressure from continuing to rise.

Parker N series globe and throttle valve: The first stage is the first stage of the adjustment knob of the two-stage needle cone globe and throttle valve, which can sensitively adjust the flow rate. The last three circles are the second stage, which has ordinary throttling characteristics. To reduce the influence of viscosity, cylindrical needle valves with rectangular notches can be used for valves with structural dimensions ranging from 200 to 600. Flow rate is related to pressure and viscosity.
Parker Direct Acting Pressure Reducing Valve PRDM Series
The PRDM series components are direct acting pressure reducing valves. Mainly used to regulate the pressure of a certain branch in the hydraulic system to a predetermined value below the system nominal pressure.

The pressure gauge interface or measuring interface is directly on the component to control the branch pressure.

The RDM series relief valve is a direct acting plunger structure with low hysteresis. Can be used as an RT overflow and T-T back pressure control valve. There are four major pressure ranges to choose from: 25, 64, 160, and 210 bar.

The TT structure can generate a pre pressure in the T channel according to the set value, acting as a back pressure.

The Parker Manapak RM series pilot operated relief valve is a stacked component used for stacked connection with directional valves with standardized connection holes. Depending on the functional purpose, for some valves, P, A, or B ports can be selected as pressure control, but T always unloads the oil to the tank.
Parker P Pilot Pressure Reducing Valve PRM Series
The Parker Manapak PRM series pilot operated pressure reducing valve is a stacked component used for stacked connection with directional valves with standardized connection holes. Pressure reducing valves, except for PRM3AA and BB models, are always configured in the P-channel.
The pressure reduction of the desired oil port is achieved through internal control and the connection between the leakage pipeline and the corresponding flow channel.
