The structure and principle of the Rexroth servo valve amplification plate are shown in the diagram. When there is no signal current input, the armature and baffle are in the middle position. At this point, the pressure in the second chamber of nozzle 4 is pa=pb, and the pressure at both ends of slide valve 7 is equal, with the slide valve in zero position. After the input current, the electromagnetic torque causes the armature 2 and the baffle to deflect by a θ angle. If θ is a clockwise deflection, then due to the offset of the baffle, pa>pb, and the slide valve moves to the right. The movement of the slide valve drives the baffle and armature to rotate in the opposite direction (counterclockwise) through feedback springs, reducing the pressure difference between the two nozzles. Near the original equilibrium position of the armature (position without signal), the electromagnetic torque of the torque motor, the pressure difference between the two ends of the slide valve, and the torque applied to the armature by the spring action and the torque applied to the baffle by the nozzle pressure are balanced, and the armature no longer moves. At the same time, the oil pressure acting on the spool valve and the deformation force of the feedback spring balance each other, and the spool valve is positioned at a distance away from the zero position. This method of determining the position of the slide valve based on torque balance is called force feedback. If the force exerted by the nozzle on the baffle is ignored, the electromagnetic torque of the motor is balanced with the torque generated by the unbalanced pressure at the two ends of the slide valve, and the spring is only affected by the electromagnetic torque. Therefore, its deformation, that is, the distance of the slide valve from the zero position, is proportional to the electromagnetic torque.
