Beadstar-mPlex®Th1/Th2 Mouse 5 Cytokine Combined Detection Kit

Detection Principle

This kit is based on flow cytometry analysis, and the detection principle is shown in Figure 1. Corresponding human cytokine antibodies are attached to specific fluorescent encoded microspheres to capture cytokines in the solution. When these cytokines are present in the detection sample, the capture antibodies linked to the fluorescent encoded microspheres will bind to them, and finally form a microsphere linked capture antibody antigen PE labeled detection antibody complex by adding specific detection antibodies labeled with phycoerythrin (PE). Under the flow cytometry phycocyanin (APC) and phycocyanin-Cy7 (APC-Cy7) channels, 12 groups of microspheres were recognized and used to determine antigens (Figure 2); In the PE channel of a flow cytometer, the fluorescence intensity of PE on microspheres is positively correlated with the concentration of each analyte in the sample. The corresponding fluorescence signals of each calibration standard can be fitted into a concentration fluorescence intensity standard curve, and the concentration of each antigen can be calculated through the curve equation.
