The measurement of SO2 after wet desulfurization is a typical problem in flue gas measurement in the past two years, due to the saturation humidity, low temperature, and low SO2 of the flue gas at the outlet of wet desulfurization. After a year of research and development, Detu launched a non heating measurement solution in August 2010, greatly simplifying the measurement of SO2 gas in high humidity and low sulfur environments. With a "brand new patented special low SO2 sampling component" that looks very similar to a regular sampling probe, it is possible to quickly, conveniently, and accurately measure SO2 in high humidity and low sulfur environments anytime, anywhere.
This component includes a patented SO2 low sampling probe and SO2 low sensor. The probe is 700 mm long, and its standard probe length and weight are basically the same as ordinary probes. It comes standard with a 2.2m sulfur resistant sampling tube and can withstand temperatures up to+200 ℃. The entire measurement system does not require AC power supply, making measurement convenient, fast response, and ensuring measurement accuracy.

Comparative testing:
In mid June 2011, a low concentration SO2 comparison test was conducted with the online system of a power plant in Shanghai after wet desulfurization. Detu used two sets of Testo 350 enhanced flue gas analyzers. The testo 350 1 # is connected to a specially designed low sulfur probe without heating, while the testo 350 2 # is connected to a fully heated probe. The online system uses Shimadzu's NSA380 online flue gas analyzer.
During the continuous 15 minute measurement process, the measurement results of the two testo 350 enhanced models almost overlapped, and the error with the measurement results of the online system was also within 2ppm (note: no calibration test was conducted on the online system before the comparative test, but the trend of the measurement results was consistent). This reflects the diversity of low sulfur detection solutions for the testo 350 enhanced flue gas analyzer after wet flue gas desulfurization. It not only has a fully heated solution recommended by environmental standards, but also provides a convenient and high-precision non heated high humidity low sulfur special probe, which is easy to operate on site and has a faster response speed than a fully heated system.
