As an economical surface temperature measurement method,Tempilstik temperature measuring penVery simple and convenient. Without the need for complex instrument operation and expensive calibration procedures, we can provide you with accurate results. From 38 ° C to 1093 ° C (100 ° F to 2000 ° F), there are over 100 rated temperatures to choose from. The special anti slip metal pen holder is more convenient and flexible to use.Tempilstik temperature measuring penExtremely precise, capable of handling most of the most critical tasks and meeting the preheating temperature requirements of AWS D1.1 and other welding specifications/specifications.

welding quality
• Free from pollutants such as lead and sulfur
High quality materials are beneficial for the welding process
improve efficiency
• Faster measurement, reducing setup and downtime
• Able to handle poor welding environments
The uniquely designed anti slip aluminum alloy pen holder effectively protects the pen core and is easy to control
Greater confidence
Secure supply chain and experienced distribution network
• Through AWS D1.1, ASME Code Sections I, III, and VIII, ANSI/ASME
• Superior traceability - Each pen core is printed with temperature and batch number, in compliance with NIST
Notify the correct temperature
High precision - accuracy up to+/-1% of rated temperature
Reduce the risk of crack and internal stress formation
Reduce the possibility of deformation and hardening zones
Promote the diffusion and escape of hydrogen in steel

preheat
• Preheating
• Annealing
• Stress relief treatment
• Interlayer temperature control
Post weld heat treatment

Usage:
During the heating process, simply swipe the surface of the workpiece with a Tempilstik temperature measuring pen. Once the surface temperature reaches the rated temperature of the Tempilstik temperature measuring pen, the pen core material will melt instantly, giving clear markings indicating that the temperature has been reached.
Measurement of interlayer temperature:
Prepare two temperature measuring pens, one for the maximum and one for the minimum temperature allowed. After welding, use a high-temperature measuring pen. If the measuring pen melts,
Wait for the metal to cool down and continuously use a temperature measuring pen to scan until the pen no longer melts, indicating that the temperature has dropped below the permitted maximum temperature.
Then use a low-temperature temperature measuring pen to scan. If it does not melt, it indicates that the temperature has dropped below the permitted minimum temperature and needs to be heated until the temperature measuring pen melts.
