It can be used continuously at high temperatures of 140 ℃, simple and easy to operate, and the collected data is time stamped. This recorder has multiple probe lengths to choose from. The probe is a rigid probe with a sharp edge that can be easily inserted into the center of an object, making it convenient to measure the temperature at the center point. The probe lengths are1 inch, 2 inches, 5.25 inches, and 7 inches are available (1 inch=2.54 centimeters), and users can choose the appropriate probe length according to their needs. When conducting temperature testing, the recorder can be placed together with the workpiece to be heated, and the probe is fixed at the temperature testing point. During the heating process, the recorder moves with the workpiece. If multiple temperature tests are conducted simultaneously, multiple verification recorders need to be used simultaneously. Maiczek's dedicated software can easily pre-set these recorders to the same sampling frequency and startup time, so that the collected temperature data at each point has the same time coordinate, making it easy to compare and analyze. Each recorder will automatically generate a temperature curve that runs through the entire process for that test point.

Note: If the temperature of the oven furnace exceedsAt 140 ℃, it is necessary to purchase a separate insulation box. After installing the insulation box on the recorder, the temperature can be measured up to 250 ℃.
