Temperature and humidity controllers are suitable for preventing creepage flashover accidents in medium and high voltage applications

The temperature and humidity controller products are mainly used for regulating and controlling the internal temperature and humidity of medium and high voltage switchgear, terminal boxes, ring main units, box transformers and other equipment. It can effectively prevent equipment failures caused by low and high temperatures, as well as creepage and flashover accidents caused by moisture or condensation.

The sensor detects the temperature and humidity information inside the box and transmits it to the controller for analysis and processing. When the temperature and humidity inside the box reach or exceed the pre-set values, the relay contacts in the controller close, and the heater (or fan) is powered on to start working, heating or blowing air inside the box. After a period of time, the temperature or humidity inside the box deviates from the set value, and the relay contacts in the controller open, stopping heating or blowing air. In addition to basic functions, different models also come with auxiliary functions such as wire breakage alarm output, transmission output, communication, and forced heating and blowing.
