Technology for extracting fuel oil from waste tires and plastics

The waste tire processing industry is currently a nationally supported environmental renovation project with low investment and high returns. The industrial fuel, carbon black, and steel wire produced by the cracking of waste tires in refining equipment have good sales channels in the market.

The waste tire processing oil refining equipment consists of a reaction kettle, condenser, oil tank, exhaust gas recovery device, waste liquid treatment, etc. Users can produce qualified fuel oil by external circulating water, and the entire process is safe and environmentally friendly.

The process of making oil from waste tires：

1. The dismantled waste tires are sent into the cracking furnace, fed through the furnace door, and the raw materials are pushed into the furnace through a spiral conveyor;

2. Close the cracking furnace door and heat the cracking furnace, this process takes about 10 hours;

3. After heating for 2 hours, the tires in the furnace begin to crack, and the oil and gas produced flow into the oil storage tank through the oil cooled by the condenser;

4. The tail gas generated by equipment cracking enters the cracking furnace through the tail gas recovery system, and the tail gas generated by the combustion of the tail gas burner is turned on. The waste gas generated by the combustion is then treated by the dust removal system before being discharged;

After the cracking furnace cools down, open the side slag discharge door, flip the cracking furnace liner, and collect carbon black through the spiral plate for automatic slag discharge. The entire process ends.

6. The obtained fuel oil can be further refined to obtain diesel and gasoline.

Environmental protection treatment in production:
　1. Exhaust gas treatment tires and plastic refining equipment eliminate exhaust gas pollution and save fuel by installing water seals and exhaust gas recovery combustion; In terms of smoke and dust emissions, a desulfurization and dust collector has been installed, and the smoke and dust emissions can meet the relevant standards of GB 13271-2001.
2. During the treatment process of waste liquid for tires and plastic refining equipment, some weakly acidic wastewater is generated (approximately 50 kilograms of wastewater are produced for every ton of oil produced). After neutralization by adding weak reducing liquid, the neutral wastewater is filtered through three stages to achieve harmless treatment, and then discharged to a dedicated evaporation processor (whose heat source is the flue waste heat of the main processor) for evaporation.
