Teadit 2005 is a high-purity ePTFE oil-free dry woven filler produced by Teadit.

In industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals that require high purity of the medium, seals must not contain oil, pigments, or additives to avoid contaminating the product. Teadit 2005 adopts pure expanded PTFE filament interlocking weaving, containing only PTFE dispersion treatment, without additional lubricants, with extremely low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance and chemical inertness, making it an ideal accessory for sealing in clean working conditions.

Teadit 2005 has a tight structure and a long sealing path, which can effectively prevent gas and liquid leakage without contaminating the medium. The product is resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, and is compatible with almost all chemicals except for molten alkali metals. It is suitable for equipment such as valves, low-speed shafts, and mixers, especially for sanitary and highly corrosive environments.
