All parts of the instrument that come into contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, which has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, but it is not a one-time solution. The process manifold needs to be cleaned regularly. When the process is not in use for a long time, the process manifold should be dried with high-pressure air to prevent rust and corrosion.

Long term use can cause normal damage to the process seals, affecting their sealing performance. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly conduct pressure tests on the instruments to ensure their integrityReplace the seal for the leaked part, and for regular users, a cycle of 3 months is recommended.
