working principleThe fluid pushes the measuring target inside the conical measuring tube to produce displacement, which is balanced by a spring and transmitted to the indicator system through a magnetic coupling system. When the flow rate reaches the set value, the switch output signal is triggered.

Installation points (ensure stable operation)
Location Selection
Priority should be given to the 3/9 o'clock direction for horizontal pipelines (avoiding bubbles at the top and impurities at the bottom), followed by the 6 o'clock direction (cleaning oil), and the 12 o'clock direction is prohibited.
Vertical pipelines need to ensure fluid flow from bottom to top, using thrust to overcome gravity.
Straight pipe sectionUpstream ≥ 5 times the pipe diameter, downstream ≥ 3 times the pipe diameter, away from interference sources such as pump outlets, elbows, tees, etc.
Installation method
Threaded connection: Seal with raw material tape or anaerobic adhesive to prevent debris from entering the pipe.
Flange connection: Ensure that the sealing gasket is compatible with the oil temperature and that the bolts are evenly tightened.
