Transmission mechanism: composed of motor reducer, frequency converter, driving drum, driven drum, etc. The rubber filter belt is wrapped around the driving drum and the driven drum, supported by a belt support device and a sealing belt, and the transmission mechanism drives the rubber filter belt to rotate.
The filter cloth is laid on the rubber filter belt and runs with the rubber filter belt, while the rubber filter belt slides on the vacuum box and support device.
Vacuum system: composed of vacuum box, partition, sealing tape, gas-liquid separator, pipeline, and vacuum pump. The filtrate entering the vacuum box enters the gas-liquid separator through the pipeline and is continuously discharged from the gas-liquid separator. The air enters the vacuum pump through the gas-liquid separator and is discharged into the atmosphere by the vacuum pump.
Washing system: It consists of a washing solution storage tank, a conveying pump, a sprayer, pipelines, etc. Depending on the material characteristics and process requirements, one wash, two wash, or three wash can be selected. The washing water can be heated and cooled, which can be used for reverse washing, parallel washing, or all washing with tap water.
Filter cloth tensioning and correction system: composed of tensioning cylinder, pneumatic valve, correction roller, compressed air source, etc. Operate the tensioning cylinder through a pneumatic valve to tighten the filter cloth; The sensor triggered by the deviated filter cloth opens and closes the air valve, and the cylinder moves to push one end of the correction roller to deflect a certain angle, causing the deviated filter cloth to return and achieve correction of the filter cloth; High pressure water is sprayed on both sides of the discharged filter cloth through nozzles to achieve filter cloth regeneration.
