Product Details
  • Concentrate and permeate while meeting the requirements
Tanfil 100 Using Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) technology, concentration and filtration can be carried out simultaneously.

  • Reduce membrane blockage
Tanfil 100 The sample flow will be continuously transported in a direction parallel to the filter membrane, thus reducing filter membrane blockage and lowering consumable costs.

  • Easily zoom in
TFF Tangential flow filtration technology can linearly scale up from laboratory to mass production scale.

  • Easy installation
Tanfil 100 It integrates necessary accessories such as pumps, liquid storage bottles, and pressure gauges, and can be immediately activated after inserting pipes and filling materials.

Tangential flow ultrafiltration system is a special detection instrument widely used in basic medicine and other fields. Tangential flow ultrafiltration (TFF) refers to the filtration form in which the liquid flow direction is perpendicular to the filtration direction, that is, the liquid flows in the direction parallel to the membrane, and washes the membrane surface at the same time of filtration, so that the membrane surface will not form a gel layer and maintain a stable ultrafiltration speed.

Working principle: The system consists of a feed pipeline, membrane components, membrane shell, discharge pipeline, and pressure control device. During operation, the liquid to be processed is introduced into the membrane module through the feeding pipeline, and then a certain pressure is applied to separate the liquid into two parts through the membrane pores, namely the filtrate and the concentrate. Solutes, dissolved substances, and small particles in the filtrate can pass through the membrane pores, while macromolecules in the concentrated solution are trapped on the membrane surface to form a concentrate.
