The TST-GJ660 integrated steel bar tester from TaiShiTe has the following functional features:
1) The motherboard adopts a multi coil design, with strong signals and more accurate data acquisition;
2) JGJ scanning, grid scanning, profile scanning, dense scanning, and image scanning are five scanning modes, which can be used to delete erroneous test data and graphics for on-site testing;
3) During the grid scanning testing process, it is possible to switch between the X and Y axes (i.e. the vertical and horizontal axis directions) at any time. After switching freely, the data and steel bar distribution map will automatically continue the previous information for testing, thereby improving the flexibility of on-site testing.
4) Ergonomic design, using a one handed handheld device, operation design, and four-wheel alignment method, equipped with high-strength wear-resistant tires for easy protection of instrument wear and tear;
5) During use, the instrument can be calibrated at any time to achieve rapid measurement and reduce the hassle of each calibration before testing;
6) The detection mode intuitively and accurately displays the position, spacing, and protective layer thickness of the steel bars on the same display screen;
7) It can store a large number of measurement parameters and generate data reports directly by uploading them to the computer.

Precautions for practical operation:
1. Avoid the mutual influence between steel bars. Select the detection area, reset the probe away from the ferromagnetic object before testing, use the positioning function to find the direction and distribution of the steel bars, draw the position and direction of the steel bars with chalk, and try to avoid the stirrups as much as possible at the testing point.
2. The direction of instrument movement should be perpendicular to the direction of steel reinforcement. When the probe axis is parallel to the axis of the steel bar, the sensitivity is high. When the probe axis is perpendicular to the axis of the steel bar, the sensitivity is low. During testing, it is necessary to ensure that the probe axis is parallel to the tested steel bar and move the probe in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the tested steel bar.
3. Pay attention to the smoothness of the surface of the tested component. To ensure testing accuracy, a flat test surface is selected during the testing process. When the surface is uneven or the protective layer is thin, a non-metallic thin plate of known thickness can be placed and subtracted from the measurement results.
