1、 Overview of TW-5328YJ Integrated Alkali Concentration Meter
The new TW-5328YJ integrated alkali concentration meter is an online industrial analytical instrument mainly used to monitor the concentration of the regeneration solution of the ion exchanger in the process of producing high-purity water by ion exchange method. It is an instrument for producing high-purity water by ion exchange method. It applies the principle of electromagnetic induction to avoid the corrosion, pollution, and polarization effects of strong corrosive solutions such as acid and alkali on the electrode. It can read concentration values on-site and remotely monitor them, and work with computers or regulating devices to achieve regeneration program control and concentration adjustment. This can greatly improve the regeneration efficiency of the ion exchanger and avoid accidents such as calcium deposition in the cation bed and silica gel deposition in the anion bed, ensuring the safe and economical operation of the ion exchanger. This instrument can be applied to high-precision and continuous monitoring of the concentration of various strong electrolytes such as HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, NaCl in industries such as power, chemical, metallurgical, food, and pharmaceutical.
IIMain features:
The TW-5328YS integrated alkali concentration meter uses a new detection technology. There is no zero drift. High sensitivity, good stability, waterproof and anti-corrosion, easy installation and use. Adopting a non-contact detection method fundamentally eliminates the corrosion, contamination, and polarization effects of highly corrosive media on electrodes. Its main features include:
1. Adopting a variable frequency excitation power supply and resonant circuit, as well as their signal sampling method, to replace the single frequency excitation method of old products, the output voltage of the detection transformer is increased by hundreds of times, and the circulating sensor does not need to be zeroed, greatly improving the accuracy, sensitivity, and stability of the instrument.
2. The flow sensor adopts a low leakage magnetic structure and ferromagnetic shielding. The ferromagnetic material near the installation location will not affect the zero point of the instrument, and there will be no zero drift phenomenon during long-term use.
3. Use a microcontroller (MCU) and interface integrated circuit to perform fully digital sampling, calculation, and display of the output voltage of the detection transformer and the output current of the temperature sensor. Replacing the simulation calculation function of old products, it can achieve high-precision temperature compensation, on-site display of concentration values, and remote transmission output.
4. Adopting an imported all plastic sealed shell, it can be used for a long time in extremely harsh humid, dusty, and corrosive environments.
5. Equipped with a standard DC24V power supply and DC4-20mA standard signal output, it can be easily connected to various display and adjustment unit instruments and computer systems. Its DC24V power supply can be provided by the matching display alarm device. Users can also choose between DC 0-20mA or DC 0-10mA output modes.

5、 Ordering Notice
When placing an order, the user must specify in detail the type and range of the tested medium, and whether a matching anti-corrosion valve or washable filter is required. If there are no special requirements, a 5m imported polyurethane sampling tube will be provided when leaving the factory. Our company produces and recommends the TW-5328Y regulator specifically designed for concentration meters. It has a DC24V/0.4A DC power output, upper and lower limit alarm output, a 1-inch large LED display, and is installed as a plug-in instrument panel with a panel size of 160 × 80mm and a standard opening of 152 × 76mm. It is powered by AC220V and can also be paired with a wall mounted AC220V/DC24V power converter.
