The TW-2051SR petroleum emulsion resistance/breaking tester is designed based on the test method specified in the national standard GB/T7305-2003 "Determination of Water Separability of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids" GB/T7605-2008 "Determination of Emulsification Degree of Steam Turbine Oil in Operation". It uses a 32-bit ARM microcontroller as the real-time control core, PWM control technology, Pt100 metal platinum resistor as the temperature sensor, and advanced timing chip. Used to measure a certain volume of liquid, at a certain temperature, the same volume of test oil and distilled water are stirred to form an emulsion, and the time required to achieve oil-water separation (i.e. when the emulsion layer at the oil water interface is equal to or less than 3ml) is measured.
