The RX353 volatile organic compound TVOC online monitoring device is suitable for applications such as smoke TVOC emissions, environmental atmospheric TVOC monitoring, and factory TVOC alarm monitoring. Used to detect whether the concentration of TVOC in the environment exceeds the standard. Once it exceeds the standard, it will trigger the corresponding alarm. The RX353 volatile organic compound (TVOC) online monitoring instrument is suitable for applications such as smoke TVOC emissions, environmental and atmospheric TVOC monitoring, and factory TVOC alarm monitoring. Used to detect whether the concentration of TVOC in the environment exceeds the standard. Once it exceeds the standard, it will trigger the corresponding alarm.

The high-precision sensor based on PID principle, combined with metal oxide sensor, has the characteristics of fast response speed, strong reliability, low maintenance cost, and long service life. The data collected on site is sent to the data aggregation cloud service platform.

2. Characteristics

Adopting a pump suction sampling method ensures long-term continuous and stable operation of the system, improving the detection reaction speed;

Intelligent PID sensor and metal oxide sensor combination, with sensitive response and long service life;

The detection limit is as low as 1 ppb, with high time resolution and accuracy;

For high-temperature and high humidity conditions, the dehumidification technology of the sample processing system adopts gas-liquid separation technology+condensation dehumidification measures to remove water vapor to the maximum extent possible;

Removing fine droplets and aerosols from samples through aggregation (also known as coagulation) filtration or membrane filtration techniques to meet the drying requirements of PID sensors for samples;

By using fine filtration technology, the analyzed gas sample ultimately meets the technical requirements of an online analyzer for clean and dust-free samples (excluding particulate matter);

Integrated data acquisition and transmission unit, communication protocol compatible with the "Pollutant Online Automatic Monitoring (Monitoring) System Data Transmission Standard" (HJ212-2017), can be directly connected to external data acquisition instruments, DCS, etc;

The built-in intelligent model automatically adapts to different monitoring factors.

1. Installation location: Choose a typical location that represents air quality, away from pollution sources that may interfere with measurements, such as vehicle emissions, industrial emissions, etc. Also, avoid direct sunlight exposure, high temperatures, high humidity, or cold environments.

2. Height installation: Install the monitor at a suitable height above the ground, usually between 1.5 meters and 2 meters, to better represent indoor air quality.

3. Pipeline connection: According to the equipment requirements, ensure the correct connection of the gas injection pipeline, usually using pipes or hoses for connection, and follow the installation instructions provided by the equipment.

4. Power supply: Provide stable power supply and connect appropriate power lines or sockets according to equipment requirements.
