Principle of Thermal Analysis Experiment:
One thermal desorption experiment: The TVOC detection principle is based on adsorption tube sampling and thermal analysis gas chromatography analysis. The thermal desorption instrument is divided into primary thermal desorption instrument, secondary thermal desorption instrument, and secondary thermal desorption instrument. Collect a volume of air sample using a TVOC adsorption tube with Tenax TA as the adsorbent, and retain volatile organic compounds in the air flow in the adsorption tube. Thermal desorption is carried out at high temperatures to desorb volatile organic compounds. The sample to be tested in the sampling tube enters the gas chromatography with the carrier gas, and after separation, it enters FID detection. Qualitative retention time and quantitative peak area.
Secondary thermal desorption experiment: Unlike primary thermal desorption, secondary thermal desorption will desorb volatile organic compounds from the adsorption tube under high temperature heating and enrich them in a cold trap for secondary analysis. After secondary desorption, they will enter the chromatograph for analysis along with the carrier gas.
