TURBOVAC i magnetic levitation molecular pumpThe TURBOVAC i series features hybrid rotor bearings: the bearings on the front vacuum side are lifetime lubricated ceramic ball bearings, while the bearings on the high vacuum side are wear-resistant magnetic levitation bearings.
All of these types of bearings typically do not require any lubricating oil (under pump stationary conditions, lubricating oil may diffuse back into the vacuum chamber due to no suction effect).
Due to the inability of turbo molecular pumps to compress directly at atmospheric pressure, they always require a pre stage vacuum pump with sufficient rating to operate, and we happen to provide this type of pump. We provide different front-end vacuum pumps to meet your system requirements based on flow rate and final pressure requirements.
TURBOVAC i magnetic levitation molecular pumpAdopting a hybrid bearing system:
High vacuum side: Magnetic levitation bearings (no mechanical contact, no wear, maintenance free).
Front vacuum side: Ceramic ball bearings (lifetime lubrication, replaceable on site).
Gas is compressed through high-speed rotating turbine blades (3000~60000 RPM) to achieve high vacuum pumping.
Molecular pump design concept
Laibao Vacuum provides turbomolecular pumps based on different bearing and rotor technologies for different applications. Such as TURBOVAC series mechanical bearing standard molecular pump; TURBOVAC MAG series magnetic levitation bearing molecular pump; TURBOVAC i/iX series semi magnetic levitation molecular pump (semi magnetic levitation molecular pump is only equipped with grease lubricated bearings at the exhaust end, and maintenance free permanent magnet bearings at the high vacuum end). The molecular pumps of Laibao Vacuum do not use oil lubricated bearings, which theoretically avoids hydrocarbon contamination of the cavity and ensures that all molecular pumps can be installed at any angle.
