Screw vacuum pump belongs to the dry compression pre stage vacuum pump, and its operation is based on the screw principle. Two synchronously rotating screw rotors interlocked with each other and their surrounding shells form the pumping chamber of the pump. The two rotors rotate towards each other, so the enclosed pumping space is stably transferred from the pump inlet to the exhaust port, ultimately completing the pumping action. The screw is processed as a whole and adopts a gradual pitch design, with a step-by-step compression process inside. The overcurrent part of the pump has a simple structure and fewer components, which simplifies the workload of maintenance and repair.

There is no oil pollution or consumption to the process and environment. Since there is no oil lubrication in the vacuum chamber, dust will not remain in the pump chamber, but will be discharged outside the pump through the exhaust port with the gas.
