The working principle of a two-stage rotary vane pump:

TRIVAC C adopts a dual stage rotary blade structure, which improves vacuum performance through two-stage compression:

*Level 1 (low pressure level): Initial pumping to reduce pressure.

Second stage (high pressure stage): Further compress the gas to increase the ultimate vacuum.

Oil seal lubrication: Pump oil is used for sealing, lubrication, and cooling to ensure efficient operation.

Key operating mechanism:

1. Gas control valve: prevents condensable gases (such as water vapor) from condensing inside the pump and improves water vapor resistance.

2. Anti backflow oil valve: automatically closes the air inlet during shutdown to prevent oil backflow.

3. Oil mist filter: reduces oil vapor emissions and meets environmental requirements.
