Overview

The TRITON centrifugal peptide synthesizer uses a disposable syringe type reactor with a built-in filter at the bottom for peptide synthesis and cutting, capable of synthesizing 32 peptides of varying lengths simultaneously. Two different specifications of reactors are available: 32x5ml type (5mg-250mg resin content) and 18x10ml type (25mg-500mg resin content).

2. The TRITONTM centrifugal peptide synthesizer uses a disposable syringe type reactor with a built-in filter at the bottom for peptide synthesis and cutting. It can synthesize 32 peptides of different lengths simultaneously. Two different specifications of reactors are available: 32x5ml type (5mg-250mg resin content) and 18x10ml type (25mg-500mg resin content).



3. All reagents and solvents are accurately measured using a syringe and then simultaneously transferred to all reactors for mechanical thorough mixing.

During the peptide synthesis process, the instrument can be paused or stopped at any time if necessary. At any step of synthesis, an independent reactor can be removed to manually create a special reaction condition, or sensitive reagents or special reactants can be used. After processing, place the reactor back into the instrument and continue with the peptide synthesis step. Therefore, the flexibility of the instrument makes it possible to synthesize peptides with special requirements, such as using highly sensitive, expensive, or valuable monomers, or requiring special reaction conditions.



4. High quality

The TRITONTM centrifugal peptide synthesizer synthesizes high-quality crude peptides mainly due to:

(1) Using centrifugal force to empty the reactor and remove residual reagents and solvents from the resin to the maximum extent possible;

(2) Injectors are used to accurately measure the volume of reagents and solvents;

(3) A small amount of valves and pipelines are used inside the instrument to reduce the use of solvents and potential cross contamination;

(4) Automated software analysis of peptide sequences that are difficult to synthesize, and providing a matching synthesis plan to overcome the difficulties encountered during deprotection and conjugation;

(5) Simultaneously filling and emptying the reactor accelerates the speed of peptide synthesis.
