Maintenance requirements for altimeter

1、 Cleaning and maintenance

1. The surface of the altimeter should be regularly cleaned to prevent impurities such as dust and grease from affecting the measurement accuracy of the instrument.

2. Use a soft cloth or tissue to gently wipe the casing of the altimeter, avoiding the use of corrosive solvents or cleaning agents.

During the cleaning process, special attention should be paid to the sensor part of the altimeter. Use a soft bristled brush or cotton swab to gently brush, and do not use hard or sharp objects to clean.

2、 Calibration and maintenance

1. Regularly calibrate to ensure the accuracy and precision of the altimeter. In general, the calibration cycle of the altimeter is one year, but the actual calibration cycle depends on the usage situation.

Before calibration, it is necessary to ensure that the standard parts of the altimeter have been calibrated and the correctness and accuracy of the standard parts are guaranteed.

During the calibration process, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for using the altimeter to prevent errors from occurring.
