The TPZGF-F water-cooled generator DC withstand voltage leakage current testing system is developed for leakage current and DC high voltage testing of water-cooled generators. The instrument is specially designed with compensation circuits for various interference currents, which can eliminate the influence of stray currents and polarization potential interference of the water collection pipe during testing, and accurately measure the leakage current of the water-cooled generator winding.

TPZGF-FDC withstand voltage leakage current testing system for water-cooled generatorsIt is developed for leakage current and DC high voltage testing of water-cooled generators. The instrument is specially designed with compensation circuits for various interference currents, which can eliminate the influence of stray currents and polarization potential interference of the water collection pipe during testing, and accurately measure the leakage current of the water-cooled generator winding. Power plants can sensitively and effectively detect stator winding end defects and gap defects by conducting DC tests on generators. It has become a commonly used method in insulation testing of motor windings. Due to the large current conducted through the water collection pipe of large water-cooled generators, and depending on the water quality, the current generally ranges from 20 to 150mA under test voltage. Without a DC high-voltage generator with sufficient capacity, it will be impossible to increase the voltage.

1. Adopting voltage feedback greatly improves voltage stability. At the same time, it increases the inverter frequency, reduces the volume and weight of the instrument and voltage doubler, and is more portable.
2. By adopting an intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, utilizing PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices, and based on electromagnetic compatibility theory, adopting special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures, the instrument achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.
3. The measurement data is displayed on a large LCD screen with a 320 × 240 dot matrix.
4. Built in 2500V megohmmeter function, capable of measuring absorption ratio and polarization index, with a resistance range of 0-106M Ω and an error of ≤ 5%.
5. Comes with a built-in timer.
6. Using high-quality components from the United States, Japan, and other countries, as well as German made chassis, it has strong anti-interference ability and is aesthetically pleasing and practical.
7. The double pressure cylinder is developed using German technology, and the intermediate frequency transformer is specially designed by relevant experts, with a small volume and large capacity.
8. By adopting a special design, the output current and power of the instrument have been greatly increased to meet the requirements of large capacity loads.
