• PTA-G-BT can achieve fully automatic fastening by simply pulling the trigger.

• Built in torque sensor and angle sensor. The torque accuracy is ± 5%. The angle accuracy is ± 5 °.

• Qualified judgment is made by measuring torque and angle. It can also detect fastening abnormalities (such as screw wear, internal thread processing defects, etc.) and double tightening (Pokayoke).

• The upper and lower limits and angles of the tightening torque can be set through typing on the body or Bluetooth (R) communication. You can download the settings software from "Download">"Software" at the bottom of the screen.

• No need for expensive dedicated controllers. It can effectively reduce costs.

• Tightening data can be sent via Bluetooth (R). You can use DtRcv (Data Receiver) to manage the data received by the PC in Excel (R). DtRcv is included in the software at the bottom of the screen.

• Torque can be easily checked using a torque wrench tester.

• Low noise and low vibration. There is no impact noise or vibration like an impact wrench. Please refer to the specification table for all numerical values.

• Compared to our previous products (our pneumatic AUR series), CO2 emissions have been reduced by 97%.
