Switch type actuatorSet angle (angular travel) and distance (straight travel):

1. Mechanical design allows for adjustment within a range of any value, with a minimum angular travel of 0-40 degrees, corresponding to a 4-20mA output and a minimum straight travel of 5mm, corresponding to a 4-20mA output.

2. Working status: reversible intermittent operation 1200 times/hour

3. Working environment, temperature -20~80 ℃, relative temperature 80%

Wiring steps for switch type actuators:

(1) Connect the electrical device lead wires to the corresponding terminals of another junction box. The terminal connections must be firmly crimped, and virtual or short circuits are not allowed. (Refer to the electrical wiring diagram) 1.2, 3, and 21 are connected to single-phase motor leads (green, yellow, and black 0.75AVR) (2 and 3 are parallel phase-shifting capacitors for forward and reverse leads, and 21 is the motor neutral wire)

(2) Connect 40 and 41 to the thermal protection wire

(3) 14, 11, and 8 are travel switch terminals, connected to normally closed contacts of upper and lower limit switches

(4) 8 and 19 are over torque terminals, connected to the normally closed contacts of the over torque switch

(5) 16, 17, and 18 are potentiometer wiring terminals

(6) After connecting the internal terminals mentioned above, visually inspect them again and check with a multimeter to ensure accuracy.

(7) Due to the fact that potentiometers are moving parts, correct wiring should be ensured. If the lead is too long or too short, it can cause open circuit faults. It is necessary to fix the connecting wire to avoid the influence of moving parts, such as travel switches and over torque sliding rod movements on the wiring.
