Selection matching

Choose R-type for regular rubber/soft rubber; Choose H-type for small-sized/deep cavity components; Choose the G-type pointer model for scenarios without power supply.
If testing hard rubber (>90HA), replace it with TYPE D, and soft rubber (<20HA), replace it with TYPE E to avoid range mismatch.

Operation and Calibration

Calibrate with A-type standard hardness block before measurement; The pressure head is perpendicular to the workpiece, and the reading is taken after the load is stable to avoid tilt errors.
The thickness of the workpiece should be ≥ 6mm, and thin parts should be stacked until the thickness meets the standard to prevent inaccurate measurement.

Unstable readings: Check the battery level, cleanliness of the pressure head, and surface flatness of the workpiece; Regularly calibrate the pressure head and load.
Peak abnormality: Confirm that the peak holding function is activated to eliminate the influence of oil stains/deformations on the material surface.
