If higher precision is required (such as ± 0.01mm), it can be upgraded to the SMD-540 series (high-precision version).

Operation and Calibration

Calibrate with standard measuring blocks before measurement to ensure accuracy; The probe should be clean and free of foreign objects to avoid scratching the workpiece.
When measuring, place the measuring head gently and avoid pressing hard to prevent wear of the measuring head or deformation of the workpiece.
