1、 Product Introduction
Wireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzerhereinafter referred to asThe "instrument" is used for connecting two high-voltage lines to the grid or for phase synchronization in the ring network. The instrument is suitable for 5V~220kV AC transmission lines and secondary live display phase verification, and also has high-voltage electrical testing function.
The instrument adopts wireless transmission technology, which is safe and reliable to operate, easy to use, and overcomes many disadvantages of wired phase detectors. In addition, the instrument can upgrade phase sequence detection and remote phase detection functions.
2、 Working principle

When in close range nuclear phase, the X and Y transmitters send the measured data to the receiving host via radio, and the receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the data measured by the transmitter to determine whether they are in the same or different phase.
3、 Safety precautions
1. During on-site testing, operations should be carried out in accordance with the safety distance standards for high-voltage testing set by the power department.
2. The standard configuration is an insulated pole of 3 meters, corresponding to a voltage level of ≤ 220kV. If the measured line voltage is higher than 220kV, please use an insulated pole with a length greater than 3 meters.
3. When operating the nuclear phase, do not hold it beyond the position of the insulating rod handle.
Attention: Use of transmitter3.7V rechargeable lithium battery, please do not replace with other batteries.

2. Instrument self checking method
Connect the transmitter to the self-test test line as shown in the diagram. The transmitter will start, the buzzer will sound, and the red and green indicator lights will flash alternately. If the receiving host is turned on and displays the corresponding transmitter information in the close range nuclear phase mode, then both the transmitter and the host are working normally.

Hint:
(1)During self inspection, the distance between the two transmitters and the receiving host is greater than0.5 meters is suitable. When the distance is less than 0.2 meters, only one transmitter may be connected while the host displays information from two transmitters. This phenomenon is normal and does not affect the use of the instrument. When both transmitters are powered on, the instrument display is not affected by short distances.
(2)There is a string inside the self checking test line2MResistance, during testing, human contact with crocodile clips will not result in electric shock.

6、 Short-range nuclear phase

Translate into EnglishReplace the X and Y transmitter hooks with pointed terminals and insert them into the live display. Then, insert the DC end of the grounding wire into the transmitter grounding hole (which is also a charging hole), connect the crocodile clip to the ground, and select the close range phase detection mode when the receiving host is turned on for measurement. The usage method of the transmitter is shown in the following figure:

Hint:Due to the fact that the main function of a live display is to indicate whether the switchgear is live, rather than a standard phase point, and that live displays from different manufacturers, periods, and standards may have varying degrees of phase shift issuesThe correspondence between L1, L2, L3 and the busbar may not be correct. If the phase verification result is abnormal, phase verification should be performed on the primary line.
7、 Result judgment and analysis

Tip: When the frequencies of two lines are different, a quasi synchronous parallel device needs to be used to control the frequency phase of the generator, so that the phase and frequency of the generator are consistent with the main grid before it can be connected to the grid for power transmission. Parallel operations of quasi synchronous and self synchronous are shown in the appendixB.
8、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. When not in use for a long time, please fully charge before storing, and it is best to charge once a month.
2. This product should not be stored in damp, high temperature, or dusty environments.
3. The insulation rod should undergo a voltage withstand test before use, and a voltage withstand test should be conducted once a year.

Quasi synchronous parallel operation is the process of adding excitation to a generator that has not been put into the system, and adjusting its voltage and frequency. When the parallel conditions are met (i.e., voltage, frequency, and phase are the same), the generator is put into the system. If the outlet switch of the generator is closed under ideal conditions, the circulating current in the stator circuit of the generator will be zero, which will not generate current and electromagnetic torque impact.The quasi synchronous parallel time is long, but the impact is small. Large generators should adopt a quasi synchronous method.
Starting from synchronous parallel operation, first turn on the wheel generator set.
