Switch quantity acquisition module ZSDR3411 RTUIt is a cost-effective and multifunctional 4G RTU designed with terminal wiring structure, which is more convenient for industrial environments. It supports script programming, actively collects data, and has bidirectional transparent transmission.

Switch quantity acquisition module ZSDR3411 RTUSupports all 2/3/4G networks of 3 domestic vendors, providing one channel S232/485 fully transparent transmission interface, 2 channels of switch input, 2 channels of relay output, and 1 channel of 4V power output interface. Built in Modbus RTU protocol, fully supports industrial configuration applications, and supports multiple network communication protocols such as TCP/UDP. This product has been widely used in various industrial remote measurement and control fields.

The full network RTU module supports 7 modes and 12 frequencies. This product supports the use of ordinary mobile phone cards, IoT network cards (data cards), and APN dedicated network cards.

1The ZSDR3411 RTU module for switch input, relay output, and power output has a built-in standard MODBUS RTU protocol. In addition to using our company's script programming function to collect and control corresponding signals, these three interfaces can also be collected and controlled through MODBUS commands!

2. Our independently developed technology is programmable script instructions, which automatically collect multiple on-site data through scripts and upload them in a unified package. The server is easier to parse and process, not only transparent transmission, but also supports simultaneous collection of multiple instruments. Through script programming, the project cycle can be shortened by an average of 50%, without the need for a microcontroller to directly connect to the instruments, saving server development time.

3. The following functions can be achieved through script instructions. Users can send the data to DTU in the form of SHELL:+script. When DTU receives this data, it will temporarily execute the script issued by the data center to achieve remote collection and control. All control functions of DTU can be used in the @ C command of the script using Modbus protocol. The script not only collects external instruments, but also collects DTU operating condition information.

4. HTTP Client function, this mode transfers data directly to the HTTP server or retrieves data from the HTTP server. HTTP supports both POST and GET, with POST being the default.

5. TCP-ZSD, UDP-ZSD modes, TCP based on Zhongshan encapsulation, UDP mode. The Zhongshan SDK secondary development package supports multiple language development environments, allowing users to easily access data without worrying about complex network protocols. It supports fixed IP addresses, dynamic domain names, and APN private networks. 6. TCP Linet/UDP Master self built center supports numerous complex network protocols and multiple SOCKET interface standards, providing users with a fully transparent data transmission mode. Customizable heartbeat package, registration package, and data preamble package.

7. The transparent transmission mode of Zhongshan IoT Cloud fully supports Zhongshan IoT Cloud, and users do not need to build their own servers. Data messages can be pushed to their phones.

The definitions of each interface have been marked on the PVC panel of the equipment. It should be noted that ZSDR3411 provides two types of power interfaces, which can only be used as either option and cannot be connected simultaneously.
