Abnormal large pressure range of pressure control benchmark

Based on the latest VAT controller technology, the 61.7 HV butterfly control valve can provide excellent pressure control performance over a wide pressure range. Starting from almost zero conductivity, the valve can reach conductivity within 0.5 seconds. A fast response and precise controller can achieve very fine pressure control throughout the entire working range. The pressure control function is based on the validated VAT design principle, which uses a valve plate as a throttling element to change the conductivity of the valve opening.

The 61.7 HV butterfly control valve combined with an external pressure sensor can control the precise pressure in the vacuum chamber. For this purpose, the VAT controller uses the set pressure set by the host system and the pressure measured in the chamber to change the position of the valve plate until the set pressure is reached.

The 61.7 HV butterfly control valve is not designed as an isolation valve, but it can indeed operate at zero conductivity. This is achieved by the elastic body on the board contacting the valve body at the zero conductivity position. However, this nominal compression of elastomers does not effectively form an airtight seal.

When the valve is opened from the zero conductivity point, the conductivity will increase very evenly without pressure spikes. The proprietary design of VAT ensures uniform distribution and compression of the valve body by the plate seal, thereby achieving a smooth rise in the conductivity curve. In this regard, the 61.7 HV butterfly control valve is particularly suitable for applications that require high pressure and low flow operating environments.

The working temperature range of the 61.7 HV butterfly control valve is up to 150 ° C, making it very suitable for hot processes, such as those aimed at avoiding airflow condensation by increasing the process temperature.
