3、 Working principle of PIAB Piaobo vacuum generator

The vacuum generator is designed based on Bernoulli principle and fluid mechanics:

Compressed air injection: When high-speed airflow passes through a nozzle (such as a Laval nozzle), the increase in flow velocity leads to a decrease in pressure, forming a jet entrainment effect. ‌‌‌‌

Negative pressure generation: The jet continuously extracts air from the adsorption chamber, causing the pressure inside the chamber to be lower than atmospheric pressure, thereby generating vacuum suction. ‌‌

Key parameters: including air consumption (qv1), suction flow rate (qv2), and suction inlet pressure (Pv), whose performance is affected by factors such as nozzle shape and air source pressure. ‌‌
